The ritual: Every evening, after cleansing your skin, put 4-5 drops of oil in the palm of your hand. Gently smooth into your face and neck using upwards motions. Use a firm but gentle touch, be careful not to pull or stretch the skin.

The ritual: Just before bed, spray a few pumps of this pillow spray over your bed and pillowcase from a distance of 30cm (this will ensure a fine mist for maximum fragrance dispersal). Allow the fragrance to settle for a minute before you get into bed and drift away.
